Resistance Women s Law Center back Resilience is a great concept. As mothers, we need to master this art. Resilience is the ability to recover quickly from illness, change or misfortune. Resilience is the buoyancy. Think about all the things they are. These little things for me when I catch to get to the point of utter exhaustion.However are the times that extends our to in many ways, and sometimes breaks. So what? The main purpose of self-forgiveness, compassion to stir and add a cup of shooting, and some self-reflection. Take a bath, write in your joual, or simply fail to take a step back and connect the points of what has just happened, without the need to justify or blame.When women into the habit of asking: What is necessary at this time? Our honor? Cars? and we retued to our natural resistance point on which to listen and follow what we feel in our hearts. For every woman is different, unique, but this is what makes us special and why we should pay attention to what makes us feel better - sometimes a good cry, some just call a friend trick ago.
